Per-direction bandwidth = concurrent calls × (codec bitrate + estimated overhead), with headroom added. Actual overhead depends on packet interval, transport and tunnelling.
Hypothetical worked example
Twenty G.711-like calls using 64 kbps payload plus an assumed 24 kbps overhead require about 2.2 Mbps per direction after 25% headroom.
