REVTEKTECHNOLOGIES
A configurable, white-label IP telephony platform for organisations that need control of SIP routing, billing, CDRs, monitoring and administration.
Routing, billing, call records, client control and operational monitoring should exist in one coherent management environment instead of fragmented tools.
REVTEK applies process automation, monitoring and control principles directly to IP telephony infrastructure.
Authentication, SIP clients, softphones, peer control and communications application integration.
↗Policy-based routing, priorities, failover and interconnect control.
↗Rates, call records, commercial controls and reconciliation support.
↗Live calls, statistics, alarms and operational visibility.
↗Connect Android, iOS or Windows client applications to approved telecom services and APIs.
↗Client-facing branding and controlled administration.
↗Managed, private-cloud or client-controlled infrastructure deployment.
↗Capacity, modules, APIs and operating workflows engineered around the client requirement.
↗Start with a short discovery conversation. REVTEK can recommend the right build, integration or automation path after understanding the operating problem.
An IP-telephony platform coordinates several layers that are easy to confuse. SIP signalling establishes and manages the call session. Media carries the conversation. Routing logic selects an eligible path. Billing converts trusted call events into charges. Monitoring shows whether endpoints, routes and platform services are healthy.
These layers should be observable independently. A call can signal successfully while media fails. A route can be available but commercially ineligible. An endpoint can be registered while quality is poor. Operators need enough telemetry to distinguish these conditions quickly.
Routing should also be designed for failure. When a preferred path becomes unavailable, the platform needs controlled failover and a defined method for deciding when that path can receive traffic again. Capacity, error rates and service health should influence operational decisions.
Billing requires trustworthy call detail records, consistent timekeeping and traceable rating logic. When an exception occurs, operators should be able to reconstruct what the platform did and why.
